Reagan has focused his practice on ERISA employee benefit matters since he began practicing law in 2005. He has extensive experience helping claimants obtain disability and life insurance benefits and in appellate practice before federal district courts and courts of appeal.
Reagan has spoken at conferences on the topic of ERISA disability benefit litigation and has successfully represented plaintiffs in the following cases: Schexnayder v.
